Six Healing Sounds Medical Qigong
with Senior Instructor Jamee Culbertson

Prescribed at medical clinics in China for healing, the Six Healing Sounds is a therapeutic qigong practice designed to reduce excess heat in the body and balance your “inner climate” to improve physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. This course will be led by Jamee Culbertson, Universal Healing Tao Senior Instructor, certified Tai Chi instructor and teacher trainer. The Six Healing Sounds is appropriate for practitioners of all abilities and can be performed sitting, standing or lying down.
The more you practice the easier it will be to clear your energy of any old, stagnant energies you have accumulated in the body. Join Jamee and get it right, clear your energy for a higher quality of life experience. Clearing your energy, your mind, clearing your body, your emotions gives you clarity in life = better choices made.
This class meets daily for 12 consecutive days. Each meeting will be 30-45 minute practice sessions with teaching and corrections along the way. Jamee will read your energy and help you to make internal adjustments for the best outcome.

Continues daily for 12 days. Each class will be 30-45 minutes.
The classes will be LIVE on the zoom video platform. I want to be able to see you and offer feedback. 100% attendance is encouraged yet, all the lessons will be recorded so you can review a class if you cannot attend. The maximum number of people is 12 so that I can best see all participants on the computer screen so please sign up soon!

Schedule:
12:30pm eastern standard time.
Please make time for a 60 minute class. To consider people's busy schedules (or lunch hours), some of the classes will be 35 minutes once we move along the 12 days. Don't worry about a shorter class. Although the class is a more intensive 12 day study I've designed this series to not create overwhelm!
